Who is the data controller?

This policy covers the website and waitlist. Processing within the bmanager platform itself must be described separately in the relevant agreements and privacy notices.

Data and purposes
When you join the waitlist
We record your email address and the time of your registration. This information is used to manage the waitlist, send a confirmation and notify you about early access. An internal email with your registration is also sent to the person responsible for the waitlist.
Joining is voluntary. Without your email address, we cannot notify you about early access. The specific legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR must be established in the final policy.
When you visit the website
Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of a request, may be processed by hosting and security providers for operations and security. The specific scope and legal basis must be confirmed for the production environment.
When you create a demo agenda
The business name, notes and selected modules in your demo agenda are processed locally in your browser to create a downloadable file. The form does not send us a booking or enquiry.

Service providers and transfers
Operating the website and waitlist involves hosting, database services and email delivery. The final providers, their roles and the countries where processing takes place must be confirmed before publication.

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the final policy must describe the relevant countries, the basis for the transfers and how to obtain information about the safeguards used.

Retention and deletion
The waitlist stores your email address and registration time. Specific retention periods or criteria must be established for the waitlist, emails, operational logs and backups before this policy is finalised.
Your theme preference stays in your browser until you change it or clear the website’s local data. A downloaded demo agenda remains on your own device until you delete the file.

Your rights
Depending on the processing and the applicable conditions, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we process about you.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Have data deleted or its processing restricted.
- Object to processing.
- Receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another data controller.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew your consent.
