Sales orders and payments
Keep every order connected to its economics
Move from an order overview to its items, payment history and financial calculation records. Keep the fulfilment conversation grounded in the same order instead of reconstructing it across separate tools.

The practical
questions.
Can every payment be captured?
No. Capture depends on authorization, identity, currency and provider state. Offline payments are not captured by the capture service.
Can I inspect an individual order item?
Yes. The order-item workspace connects line-level details with the product and order context.
Is order economy the same as net profit?
No. Financial calculation records provide commercial context; the included cost components must be understood before interpreting a result.
