The practical
questions.
Is the archive automatically deployed?
The archive is an additive layer with an explicit deployment and import process. Its presence in source does not establish that historical mail has been imported.
Do automation rules send every message?
Rules have configured triggers, match groups and actions. Behavior depends on the active rule and available mail processing.
Can email and SMS share a template?
Separate email and SMS template resources exist. The appropriate template and configured delivery channel must be selected.
